Is it OK to recoat MODIFIED OIL or TUNGSEAL with MONOTHANE (Moisture cure Polyurethane)?

The major products manufactured by Urethane Coatings are detailed in the table attached (click here to download) with the FIRST COAT detailed in Column One.

The SECOND COAT is shown across the top Row.

If for example you want to know if you can apply TUNGSEAL over MONOTHANE 45 GLOSS, look down the FIRST COAT column until you reach MONOTHANE 45 GLOSS, and then look across that row until you reach the square that intersects up to the TUNGSEAL SECOND COAT row. The square in the table shows this procedure is OK, however the converse is definitely not advised.
